Rates and Availability

Weekly Rental Rates
Rental price includes both the main villa and the guest house. Price includes all taxes and fees as well as full staff (including chef). Price does not include the actual cost of food and drink nor does it include optional gratuities.

High Season: Jan 2 - April 15, Thanksgiving	$5500 / week
Low Season: April 15 - Late December	$4500 / week
Holidays (Christmas, New Years)	$7500 / week
Discounts available for multiple weeks or last-minute bookings Rentals typically are Saturday to Saturday with one week minimum. Arrival is at noon, departure by 10am except by prior agreement 12 guests maximum, except by prior agreement

Payment Policy
1/2 of the rent is due immediately to secure the reservation. A check should be made out to "Villa La Macha, S.A."

The remaining 1/2 of the rent is due 1 month prior to the arrival date.
